Memory Lane Heritage Village

This place makes me feel like I am visiting my parents as children. They are long gone but i picture them as kids as I walk through. The volunteers are friendly, cook house is great, love the seasonal events like the forest festival. It's not a don't touch museum and it's nice to feel like you're living in the Era.

A 1940s throwback gem on the eastern shore of NS. The day we went was for the forestry day. The admission was free. They had many demos or lifestyle, crafts, woodworking and other snapshots of lifestyle in the 1940s. Horse rides and live music. Well worth the drive.
