Phillip was an absolute legend today. he's got a very good sense of humor and even did an arm wrestle. definitely deserves a raise

Every time I go in this dunkin' donuts it has a nice atmosphere and you get served efficiently Kid-friendliness: Few times where I've come in the afternoon there were kids studying on the cafe side

My recent experience at Dunkin Donuts in Lake Forest, IL was not great. The two ladies working there seemed unenthusiastic and uninterested in providing good customer service. When I ordered an Americano, they claimed that I had ordered a Machiatto instead, despite me clearly stating what I wanted. Additionally, they didn 't offer to give me the difference in price, and I had to ask for it myself.I was disappointed that the staff didn 't apologize for their mistake, and when I thanked them at the end of my visit, they simply responded with a nonchalant no problem. Overall, their lack of customer service was not up to the standards that Dunkin Donuts should strive for.Despite this experience, I have enjoyed Dunkin Donuts in the past and appreciate their tasty drinks and snacks. However, I hope that the management of this particular location takes feedback from customers seriously and works to improve their staff 's attitudes and level of service.

I’ve never been greeted so warmly. The staff is always the kindest and most welcoming. This Dunkin’ Donuts never misses. 10/10

I’m a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee drinker, preferred over Starbucks. Not a super friendly staff and a depressing seating area are the reason for the two stars. Just feels drab, as many Dunkin’ Donuts sadly do.
