I can't imagine regular ice level... The worse thing was the customer service, the antendant gave me a horrible attitude by just asking a simple question about which cup had a certain level of sugar. Her response was rude and condescending, another employee gave me the answer, I guess he realized how nasty her response was. I will never return, there are plenty of other spots just like this, nothing special about this place anyway. I would suggest you hire courteous staff.
May not be the best in California but this is the best boba drink for me in the past 3 years since I moved to the east coast. Love the boba here in California and it's just like what I had in Taiwan.
Small tea bar nestled in a small part of the shopping area nearby. A few tables surrounded the tea bar and it's kind of unclear where you order. The order line starts at the back which makes it ridiculously crowded and awkward when there's an actual line bc once you're done ordering, you're having to squeeze through everyone else in line just to get out. They should have the line start by the entrance instead of the back which would make it easier for entering and exiting. The drinks we got were pretty good in flavor but damn, the sugar in them were pretty high. I felt like the drinks could have been better without so much sugar.Overall, okay. I'd take my daughter here to try it out but probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back again.
Great tea! They offer lots of customizable options for people with dietary restriction like milk alternatives and sweetness levels. I've been here twice and have had lovely experiences. The black milk tea with oat milk was delicious. Definitely the best boba in the area.Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives and different sweetness levels.
Better than Boba Bee.
