The Habit Burger Grill - Lake Forest

The burgers at this restaurant are incredibly delicious. They are cooked on a flattop grill, creating a crispy exterior with a juicy center. I also enjoyed a shake and onion rings. I was pleased to see a variety of burger options on the menu. This place is definitely worth a visit!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. The one we used to go to in North OC was always amazing, so we were expecting a similar experience here. However, the service was lacking and the food was not up to par. The fries were soggy, the rolls were partially burned, and the burger patties were dry and tiny. We regretted not going to In-N-Out first.

Today was a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After placing my order, I was waiting away from the counter when a worker approached me for no apparent reason and demanded I move to a different area to wait, even though others were standing in my place without being addressed. The situation escalated with the worker shouting and other customers mistakenly accusing me of starting a conflict, even though I was simply looking at my phone with my mask on. This worker's behavior was unacceptable and should be addressed by the owner. I requested a refund and will not be supporting this business in the future. It is unfortunate to see unprofessional and disrespectful attitudes in our community, as it discourages support for the local economy. The treatment I received was unwarranted, and I am disappointed in the lack of humanity displayed. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also subpar, with a lack of condiments available. There are better ways to handle situations rather than seeking unnecessary conflict.

I really hate to be this person, and I'm never one to make reviews like this, but it's just a bit frustrating that every time I order the delivery of this place they always fail, the sauces and ranch that I paid and asked, I worked in a Habit restaurant, so I know how the experientials should be ordering them to give them the instruction to I know that sometimes it is hard to follow all orders, but every time I have ordered my sauces or ranch on the side, it is always missing from my order, very disappointed at this place.

I'm not almost food fan, but the burgers here are great. a very happy vegetarian.
