Hitching Post - Lake Luzerne

I'm local and wanted to support local business. Unfortunately, the server was absolutely rude. Complaining about tips in front of us. Tips are not mandatory, so when one is left, after you did minimal work, you should be greatful. Seemed like whenever we spoke to her she was inconvenienced. Maybe try looking for a better fitting job. Food was mediocre at best for the price. Absolutely do NOT recommend.

Food was just ok. Cheese boards looked amazing. Not very friendly staff.

6 of us stopped in on our way through town, the service was amazing! A huge plus is that the restaurant and gift shop allows dogs. They even have a small dog-friendly food menu and my dog was able to eat, even with his dietary restriction: thank y’all!

Food was fine but portions were very small. Prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you receive. Very small glass of wine ? 12.00 dollars. First time I was there will not be back.
