Ann's Family - Lake of the Pines

Loved it! Great food and service! Will go back when we're at the lake.

The people there are very friendly and the best breakfast in town I'd have to say will be taking my mom back there very soon

Ok, 3 stars is NOT a bad review. This was (is) a great place for breakfast. I had this corned beef hash plate with eggs and it was a solidly good breakfast. It was fun being the fly on the wall listening to the locals and wait staff bantering back and forth. The only real negative I could find was it was a cash only place and honestly that is a huge pain. In conclusion you will get a good solid respectable meal there and a neat local vibe.

No complaints about service other than her not coming back to ask how my food was my grits were very undercooked not edible home fries were overly seasoned and the place had a awful smell like the home of a hoarder prices were low but I won’t be back I gave one star bc she was good with the other customers maybe not too many brown ppl pass through I’m not sure but I was not treated badly just wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back also should be “cash only” signs if they were there I didn’t notice any bc I had to use their atm $3 fee to get cash for my bill

Not where you'd go for a special occasion but great food and service.
