Ihop - Lake Stevens

We decided to visit this location instead of the ones in Everett to avoid the trestle traffic during our Thursday afternoon commute. I'm really glad we did! There was no wait at all. I'm not sure if this is a new location or under new management, but it was the cleanest and most attentive IHOP I've been to in a long time. Our waiter, who I believe was named Rick, was fantastic; he made us laugh, remembered our order perfectly, and kept my coffee well-stocked with plenty of French vanilla creamer. My wife's steak was cooked to perfection, just the way she likes it. My favorite part of the meal was how beautifully everything was presented—no food was just dumped onto the plates—and the portions were just right, not overly large. The eggs were delicious and not rubbery at all. My crepe was incredible! We will definitely be returning to this location again!

I decided to leave after finding two hairs in my food. I won't be dining here again. Thank you for your understanding.

Our server, Tena, was amazing! She took great care of us and surpassed all our expectations. Lamar was also attentive and seated us in a quieter area, allowing our baby to relax. Our little one definitely enjoyed her pancake!

Meeting friends at this location for brunch. First, this place was not busy so I didn't understand why there was a 20 minute wait. Next up, the hostess was very short with me and other customers walking in. I could clearly see the restaurant was NOTbusy; many open tables, staff everywhere, but still...I wasn't the only one baffled. Once we sat, our server was great, goodwas fine. Hopefully this was a fluke and not an overall state of the restaurant. Side note: As far as vegan options... thereare potatoes, fruit, Oatmeal too but I'm sure how it's prepared. I read that the potatoes cakes were vegan but I didn'tinquire.

Went on a Sunday morning. Had to wait roughly 15min for a table which was expected. Once we where seated we ordered our drinks and food. We got our drinks but had to wait roughly 45 mins for our food. The food was good but some items where cold likethey had been sitting a while. They also forgot a few item but the waiter didn't come back for a long while basically everyonewas done eating by the time they came back with our missing items. We ended up getting everything we order it just took a longtime. Im sure we will come back at some point.
