Roger's River View Bistro

We visit this restaurant 2-3 times a year and have always had a great experience. I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews, especially since I've had bad meals at other higher-rated places. I've tried the lamb chops several times, along with the laughs, scallops, and their delicious shrimp pasta in leek sauce, which I can’t get enough of, especially when paired with their amazing mushrooms (my favorite sauce anywhere!). My only complaint is that the owner can come across as rude. On one occasion, my wife went in to make a reservation for us later that evening. After she returned home and told me about it, she mentioned some unkind remarks he made to her. This experience led me to decide to cancel our plans twice because of it.

I was trying to write a totally unjustified bad review so I have more chance to secure a table. I've eaten three times, and everyone was fantastic. the old fashionable and manhattan cocktails are perfect, the wine is great and the food is cooked to perfection. that is not a nice place with gimmicks, you were going to see it is up to the earth with great eating and friendly service. I love the lamb, the chicken cordon bleu and the pig. the pearsalate is my gothic appetizer, although the zesar is great, and the French tweezer is a repeat with some of my dining room partners. the fondue is too much for a person, but would be good for the exchange.

Excellent eating, excellent dinner, we had snuggle and fondue for appetizers amazing. then the shun cordon had blue and the ribeye both cooked for perfection. the waiting staff was attentive and very nice to interact with them. a hidden gem of snohomish.

Great food and drinks! the summer had deck with a river view, cover when cool, shadow for sun. in cozy.

Was there 7/19/2022 about 4:30PM. Sat out on deck. Was great view of river and valley. Service was great. He was a very friendly server.Had great halibut dinner. It was soft, mild and a little sweet tasting.Was visiting from Tucson. Hard to find a good halibut dinner in Tucson, Arizona.
