Alba's - Lakehurst

I have visited Alba's several times on Thursday nights for karaoke. I consider myself an amateur singer and this is the perfect night for me to showcase my talent. I have to mention how amazing our server, Christine, was. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and was always checking in on us. On top of that, she is a fantastic singer herself! Our meals were both flavorful and delicious. The only downside was the long wait of nearly 90 minutes to sing a song, but with Christine's excellent service, it made the overall experience worthwhile.

The food is absolutely delicious! Got onion rings that came with some kind spicy sauce, was told it was something with horseradish. The Irish nachos with shepherd's pie was fantastic. Homemade potato chips with shepherd's pie filling as the topping. Couldn't stop eating it. Blackened salmon bites were the weekly special and it was very tasty. I kept wondering what was on it to taste so good. The coleslaw was perfect. A lot of places drown their coleslaw but this place serves

Mediocre food, and always understaffed. Our waitress was phenomenal however and deserves recognition. She managed to be everywhere! Never waited more than a couple of minutes for a drink!

Corner bar with great food. First time there. Great beer selection and menu. No real atmosphere, but incredibly clean and comfortable

Great food and Heather is one of the best bartenders around very friendly and quick and efficient! There is a waitress named Christine that may be the rudest person that works there and honestly if it wasn't for Heather we probably wouldn't go back! I have been there on multiple occasions when she was rude to customers! And thinks she is all that! If she was my waitress I would def ask for another!
