Walking to the car they realized I didn't grab my kids meal bag, 2 employees chased me out to get it to me.Stellar service, the team is doing a great job :
New hush puppy fish meal was excellent.the roast beef sandwich meal was ok but it could have been hotter .Restaurant was clean service very good!
Arby's we don't have the meats. We had to wait 10 minutes for them to have roast beef ready and had our food delivered in three seperate sections. There was also an employee laying on a booth vaping. The nuggets were ok though.
The young man working the drive through window was so cool !! He was one of the nicest people to come across when traveling the United States and I 've been alot of places! He definitely deserves a raise or something because he was friendly and was great at making small conversation while we waited for our food! I wish I got his name but he knows who he is , he really liked my husband 's silver mustang! He said wanna trade? He 's a great people person and just wanted to say thanks for being so friendly because after the day we had we needed that little chuckle ! Thanks Arby 's Guy you rock!
Placed an order through their app today and specifically requested 5:45pm pick up time. Once the order was placed, noticed the app glitched and changed pick up time to a.s.ap (now) time. I immediately called the store to inform them their app glitched and I was still an hour away and if they could hold on making the food until the 5:45p time. The female manager, Tonya, explained they make tickets as they come in. I explained they were plain roast beef sandwiches and side of curly fries, something they have pre-made ready to go. She had zero customer service or empathy and explained that the food would get wasted! Yeah right!! I know how the fast food business works. She could care less or brother to help make it right when their app glitched. She said nothing she could do...WOW!! You SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT BE A MANAGER!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EMPATHY! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Will be disputing the charge with my CC company since she wouldn't make it right with items they already have pre-made. They were no special requests to the sandwiches or fries!!! A symbol courtesy goes a long way! No wonder why this location has such bad 1 star reviews, it shows!!
