My friend and i went to the Outback on the southside..i hd had sev bad experiences with them years before..we hd an amazing time, fr the time we walked in the door..we were greeted and seated by a sweet lady...our server kayla was amazing and sweet..ev one md sure we were taken care of, fr fresh brewed coffee to french onion soup tht was exquisite..we hd the bone in ribeye..there weren't but a few people dining at the time and we even got to chat w the manager, Kyle...i was a server for 20 years, so, i def know..please be kind to the staff when the restaurant is busy..they are doing their best..it is not for the faint of heart to do these jobs.. let's always be kind to one another..it is a simple choice to treat others the way you want to be treated
