Contribuisci feedbackThe food wasn't hot, the service needs improvement. The customer has a long wait for orders to be taken and there is often a big price difference when you get to the window. Please please check your food because both times I have been given something different than what I ordered.
My Mo. Had been craving Arby's for months. She finally got a roast beef sandwich and had three little pieces of meat, if that. A total disappointment.
Lack of customer service. More like where the meat. $13 brisket combo! Won't do that again!
I came here last night after working a 12 hour shift. Going off of the times posted on here, I got to the location at 1055, where there were a line of cars ahead of me. When I got to the menu I heard nothing, tried to speak into the speaker and still nothing. I waited at the menu for THIRTY MINUTES before they turned all the lights out. Very inconsiderate and definitely not service oriented.
Nice, clean and quiet. Clean restrooms and functional restrooms, love it!
