I love this restaurant.
When we first arrived on Sunday evening, we had to drive around the parking lot for 10 minutes just to find a parking spot. Once we got inside, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. We waited for about 35 minutes. Once we were seated our waitress came and introduced herself then walked away. We waited 17 minutes before she came back and took our drink order. We waited 13 minutes before she came back with the drinks. She took our order. They were out of potatoes and sweet potatoes and a few other menu items, certain drinks and napkins. It took about 12 minutes for our bread and appetizer to arrive. About 20 minutes later we received our salad and then shortly after that we received our food. We were very disappointed with the long wait times. I'm not sure if they were under staffed or what but it will probably be awhile before we come back.
Our server was very friendly and the food was good. When we arrived we were seated immediately. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have any sweet potatoes. The sweet potato with the cinnamon and butter is one of my menu favorites.
This place was dirty, the tenders were so salty I hope no old person got them or they're blood pressure would be out the roof), the pita bread was burnt same as the dip, and the waiter left before they gave us the bill and to-go boxes. I really should be sueing
Not enough waiters. Everything felt rushed. Brocolli was nearly raw.
