O'charley's Restaurant Bar

Went at 8:30pm Saturday before Labor Day.The kitchen was a bit slow getting meals out, but it wasn’t horrible.I ordered the Seafood Combo, the taste was on par with what they normally do, tho my fish crab cakes were on the small side.I’m giving 5 for the service.Terrance W is a rock star. He was constantly checking on us, giving us updates on food. He was Very apologetic when he had to tell us Sweet Tea wasn’t available and again with a couple of sides weren’t available (I mean, very apologetic, and he was sincere). He was polite and was fun. I hope this young man is treated well by O’Charley’s and is put in the fast track to move up.

Our server , unfortunately, I cannot remember the name was very nice and attentive. But we were one of the last couples. Very cozy. My first time there but will not be the last! We ordered the seafood feast.... the shrimp were fried just a little hard. But the food was good. Ate the leftovers the next day.

Visit 7/30, 6:30pm.Server was great, given the restaurant being short staffed. Orders placed. After 20 minutes to get the appetizer, which was a half cup of spinach dip. Had to turn the bowl sideways to see it. Couple seated after us, walked out. Server advised our order was third down, yet the kid's food was ready. We asked for the kids to be served and requested my order be prepared to go.After another 20 minutes a charred piece of salmon was placed on the table. REALLY!!I spent $69.00 for 3 items. A salad of a handful of lettuce, the bottom slice from a tomato, teaspoon of and a sliver of what looked like a boiled egg. Not a drop salad dressing. The seafood platter was worse! Fish was tasteless and tough! Yes, tough, chewy and no seasoning. The shrimp was no better. A 2 ounce p.c. of coleslaw with a tablespoon of coleslaw. No tartar or cocktail sauce. My mom got steak medium well and when she cutted it did not look appetizing ,I got a sandwich and found hair in my food never

I brought my family over for dinner after an evening out. The service Bryce, Kimberly, and Tobey gave me was phenomenal. They kept our drinks full and made the kids feel at home (no matter how confusing they were with their orders). Will definitely be back, I appreciate great service.
