Red Lobster - Lakeview Estates

The service was great. The food was mediocre. The place was dirty and really needs a good cleaning.

I will say our server was great but the food was just ok. The menu I received was gross, the window seals were really dirty as well as the light fixtures. The booth seat was broken and leaning. The place could really use a deep cleaning.

This place is filthy it has a bad order. I sat there over an hour the whole bar was empty with trash all over, my table was filthy the floor was filthy. The food was substandard walts shrimp were soggy not crispy the crab legs were cold. I've been going here ever since it opened the manager needs to be fired. If you have time to Lean you've got time to clean. My waitress was probably the only thing decent.

The wait was to long for seating and the food. It seemed like they were short staff

I had to make two trips because my lobster tail was missing the first time they remade my order when I was pulling up the host was about to give it to someone else by accident. On the good side the stuffed mushrooms were great and the hostess was very polite but the service has just went down lately
