Contribuisci feedbackI went to Big Deal for the first time tonight. I spent $30 on my meal. The restaurant is located in a busy BBQ joint. It was 8:50 and they close at 9, so I knew I was cutting it close. I decided to go in and order a Big Deal burger for Kimberly. When I got to the counter, there was only one staff member there. She quickly put the order in a bag and handed it to me. I went home feeling satisfied. However, when I looked at the receipt, I realized that I had been given someone else's order. I went back to Thickys to get my correct order, which cost $18. Unfortunately, everyone had left by then, so I had to wait until the next day to enjoy my meal. This was a frustrating experience.

I know, it was a bit late for Karen to place an order. I went inside and asked for a Big Deal Burger order for Kimberly. There was only one order on the counter, and the girl working there looked at the receipt on the bag and handed it to me, wishing me a goodnight. I took the order and headed home, only to realize that she had given me a DoorDash order for Dickeys that cost $18 instead. When I returned to rectify the mistake, everyone had already left. Now I have to wait until tomorrow morning to eat tonight's dinner. This experience was absolutely ridiculous.
This restaurant is not legitimate! Despite finding it on the website listed under Dickey's BBQ, when we placed an online order and went to pick it up, they claimed they do not accept online orders. Furthermore, when I mentioned I ordered a burger, they informed me that they do not actually sell burgers. I was already charged online and they were unable to provide a refund in person, leaving my money in limbo. They advised me to contact the company for a refund. While I understand it is not the fault of the in-store employees, it is unacceptable to go through the process of spending money, placing an order online, receiving a confirmation email, only to be told upon arrival that the entire system is flawed. I rate this experience 0/10 and believe it needs to be addressed promptly.
