Black Angus Steakhouse - Lakewood

Today's service at the restaurant was terrible - both the service and manager, Jason, were horrible. The watermelon served was so old and soggy that my son ended up vomiting after eating it.

My girlfriend's steak was excellent, and my baby back ribs were also delicious. Normally, I find that ribs can be hit or miss at restaurants, but here they were really good. I would give this restaurant 5 stars! Also, we tried the fried cauliflower and it was amazing. It's a must-try!

I was sooooo sick. I ate a little bit of the salad, noticed brown old lettuce started picking and picking....till decided not to eat the old salad. But, I guess I was too late. Paid the price all night. Steak was good. Now I know why I haven't been to a black Angus for 10 or 15 years.

I dined alone and ordered a burger with fries. I requested the fries to be extra crispy and the burger cooked medium well. However, when the order arrived, the fries were not extra crispy and were cold. I tried to get the attention of my server, but was unsuccessful, so I ended up eating the meal as it was. The waitress did not check in on me or ask if I needed anything during the meal, and simply brought the bill. Despite it being a slow day on a Friday afternoon at 2:30, I will not be returning to this restaurant location.

I and my husband come here every other Friday. The service is great and the food is always good. I love the sangria alcohol drink You should try it! The waitresses have always been very attentive so far.
