Buffalo Wild Wings - Lakewood

--- I had a very disappointing experience at Bwww on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. The restaurant was not busy at all, and we were seated immediately, which was a positive start. We knew what we wanted and ordered our food and drinks at the same time. However, after my wife waited about 20 minutes, she received her meal, but only the side of fries we had ordered came with it. We thought the rest of the order would arrive soon, but we were mistaken. As my wife ate her meal, we realized it was incomplete, with several items missing. After waiting for 50 minutes with no sign of the rest of our order, we decided to get up and leave. My wife informed the manager about our experience, but he seemed indifferent and did not take any steps to rectify the situation. This was not the first time we've encountered problems here, and it will definitely be our last. If you’re looking for good wings, I suggest going elsewhere, as this place seems to be on a downward spiral.

It's not bad, but given the options in Belmar, it could use some improvement. The staff was friendly when they came around, though they didn't check on us as often as we would have liked. We were a large group, and it seemed like the solo bartender had too much on their plate to handle. I understand that staffing can be challenging these days, so I don't fault them for it; our bartender was great, just a bit overwhelmed with so many tables to serve. The wings were tasty, and the "blazing hot" flavor definitely packs a punch (too spicy for most people who aren't fans of heat)! Overall, we had a really enjoyable time!

Eating was prepared for the expectations of my party. However, the bill was completely inaccurate, we did not get our birthday wings off, and I used a reward certificate for a free lukenqueso. also the bill was not taken off. frustrating to be a reward member to take advantage of the benefits.

I ordered online only to wait 2hrs on my food that was not delivered I had to go to the store in lakewood and they didnt even know what had happen to order shitty as management

We've had a lot of misses with BWW in this area, mainly around terrible service and management. However, this BWW shines far above the others. The five stars are based on service and quality compared to other similar restaurants. Our server was fantastic and attentive. I watched the dynamic of the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to see the upper management actually engaging with employees and overseeing the restaurant. Employees seemed happy and actually enjoyed being at work, which does make the atmosphere for the customers better. The food is delivered staggered when ready. I ordered the street tacos and they were some of the best I have had at BWWs they were hot, fresh, and delicious a marked difference from the other BWWs nearby. So if you're hankering BWWs in Lakewood, I would highly suggest this one!
