Dairy Queen (treat) - Lakewood

It's been my favorite ice cream since childhood. The soft serve is amazing and truly unbeatable!

This Dairy Queen is exceptionally clean, and we visit regularly for our family ice cream nights. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to provide great customer service each time we come. The food is delicious, and the service is incredibly fast!

I went in and was the only customer in the register. I stood there for more than 10 minutes. at least 5 employees looked at me and never even appreciated me. I felt invisible. they were too busy talking about what they ordered at taco bell. so I went out. sad

This dq is always busy, but the staff is super friendly and hard working! I always see how they get angry to get out as soon as possible. I don't care that the line is always on the road, it's worth waiting:

Went to get some chicken bites and a blizzard, and when I got my food, they didn’t give me chips with my meal. I politely asked if I could have my chips, and all the workers just stared at me and acted like it was my fault! They just gave me my chips and said “she didn’t know you wanted them” terrible service!
