Einstein Bros. Bagels - Lakewood

We ordered a Santa Fe bagel sandwich, but it was not cut in half or heated up. As a result, my partner and I had to share a stale, lukewarm bagel sandwich that we had to cut ourselves with a plastic knife we found in the car. The restaurant was not even busy, so this was quite disappointing.

I can't recall her name, but I believe she was the manager. She was extremely kind and the restaurant was spotless. Fantastic!
