Contribuisci feedbackI had the oil and filters replaced on our 2006 Trailblazer, which only has 68,000 miles on it. They did an excellent job! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was great, and the coffee was wonderful too. I highly recommend their services. Services: Vehicle Inspection.
Came in for an oil change today, and the experience was awesome. The inspection they did was detailed, and I got to take detailed estimates home. My oil change included a 12oz espresso, and that was nice. I got to enjoy that drink in a nice, clean, and warm (winter) waiting room. I will absolutely be back.

I can 't say enough great things about this place and have been a customer for a few years now. Their customer service is top notch, they are fast, efficient and very honest with the care of my vehicle, which I put a ton of miles on for work. I am always happy with how quick and easy it is to schedule maintenance appointments and how fast they complete the job so I am not carless for very long. They provide detailed service reports which allow me to plan what maintenance needs done when and they never try to upsell any repair, even if I hear an odd sound . I highly recommend them!
A few weeks ago I took a high mileage vehicle in because the check engine light went on along with the oil pressure light. I was offered a diagnostic for $180 plus smoke test plus other inspection that would cost over $300. I said no the oil pressure light was off and I took care of the check engine by cleaning around the fuel filler neck and checking connections on the purge valve. Reset the codes, $0.00 and still no problems. I am not a mechanic.I recently tried them again based on the positive reviews. I wanted an oil change and an alignment. I got the oil change I 'm told but after the courtesy inspection I was offered well over $1000 in urgent repairs and the alignment couldn 't be done because of loose tie rods. I again declined but a few days later I had horrible grinding while braking. I went to another shop nearby and they said there is no problem with the tie rods and they 'll do the alignment, but my brakes were metal to metal and completely shot. Curiously, brake inspection and adjustment is supposedly included at L&L were given the green check mark (OK) 3 days earlier. I was also told when leaving L&L that my car was safe to drive even though I declined work. I now need a full brake job, will have the alignment done, no work done on the tie rods, and only now will it be safe to drive $700 or maybe $1k later. I should have been done with this and it could have been catastrophic on my upcoming trip.I think I 'm owed compensation of some sort. If I need new calipers, that is on L&L.Service: Oil change
