The Mediterranean bowl was incredibly tasty. Just make sure to order it without feta or yogurt. It's a very healthy and satisfying option for a meal while on a road trip.

My partner went into the restaurant to order dinner for us, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and kept repeating, "We are almost out of everything." They ended up telling me they were out of avocado, which was disappointing. When my partner brought me my bowl, it was lacking in ingredients and definitely not worth the $12. I returned the bowl and asked to speak to the manager, who was understanding and remade the bowl with all the ingredients, including avocado. However, there was a comment made by a kitchen staff member about working with people who don't care. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, except for the manager. I usually enjoy Panera for quick and healthy meals, but this service was not up to par. I gave it three stars only because the manager resolved the issue.

Edit: just called again and they took this time. they said they could make me eat for the next time, but when I asked if there is something they could do to make it tonight, the employee hanged on me. shocking bad level of customer service. this place has my ordering about 70% of the time I order from them. I don't know why I still give them a chance. Just ordered the delivery and they sent the wrong suppe called to ask how we could do it right and nobody answered the phone. save the money and the time and go somewhere else.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Save yourself the time and just find another restaurant to go to. The food was overpriced and the worst I've had in a long time. I wasted an hour and a half of my life waiting here.

This restaurant is in need of improvement. It is pricey, has a unpleasant odor, and everything feels sticky. It is consistently dirty, even when I arrive early. The service is decent, with the older gentlemen being lovely, but the younger girl seems confused. During busy times, long waits are expected. The coffee is often left outside and I have to constantly remind the staff about it. The young girl appears upset when I bring it up. While it may sound harsh, I hope these reviews can help bring about positive changes.
