This location used to be great, but lately I have been having issues with every order. It is winter, and they had no hot drinks other than taro or hazelnut. I asked for no ice, and I was given ice. There is also about a half-inch of empty drink in my cup. I will not be going there anymore.

I ordered 4 mango smoothies they taste like water and ice with some of mango

Bubble teas are good, however, I expected more tasty compare to the other places. The good thing is that you can control the level of sugar in your order.The staff was nice, welcoming and polite.The place is pretty clean, cozy and well maintained.

María Paula gave me 10/10 customer service! She was kind and friendly. My drink was ready in seconds and it was delicious!
