Food was terrible smoked meat sandwich was dry, onion rings overcooked, fries soft and soggy. Mercifully, the burger was ok! Waiter offered to make things right by replacing the sandwich with something else, but we didn't have time to wait for that.

Service is consistently poor here. Regardless of which night of the week I come, it always takes a while for a waitress to even serve us beverages/food.Rebecca was our waitress yesterday and she was not polite. We had issues with beverages tasting poor, we waited very long to get refills/to go boxes etc. I just don’t understand how this place continues to have such poor service.

Chuck 's has pretty good food, but I really hate they honest to goodness fee . Is it a tip? Is it for the company? And their prices have jumped more than most.

Great food! Excellent prices! Porterhouse steak and fries, New York steak and baked potato etc, drinks, dessert $60. Very yummy!!!!
