Taco Bell - Lambeth Canada

Come here for my lunch breaks around 9:30 and the night crew is always super sweet to me and always fills my food up (the location near my house barely fills anything even half way) sometimes the wait can be a little long but overall i love coming to this location and i love the night crew!

Garbage place. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in London without a doubt. Always skimpy on ingredients, always mess up your order, never have ingredients for basic menu items and always over a 20 minute wait in drive through. I’m sorry but if you’re out of an item I should have to downgrade to a lesser priced item while I myself have to pay the same amount. That’s such bad business.

Been going to this location for a year, as it's not even a 2 minute drive from home. The location might as well be on the opposite side of the city for me, as the drive thru is usually an estimated 15-20 minute wait. Most of the time they get my order right, but feels like a complete waste of time when they don't. Food is usually soggy by the time I get back home. Today, after the 20 minute wait, they almost sent me home with someone else's order.

Everything was okay. It was busy to start, but items were missing from my order and the food was disappointing. Barely had any filling in my taco shell, my beef burrito tasted like it was mainly filled with burrito sauce and no cheese (not sure how its normally made but that's what it tasted like). Not sure if I will go back any time soon.

Have never had a good experience here. For starters, they always skimp out on the ingredients minimal beef or beans to the point you can’t even tell if they have included it in your food. Wait time takes forever 20 minutes minimum in drive through or walk in. Tried to reduce this by ordering ahead on the app but no, still wait 15 minutes past the “pick up time”. Of course the food is then always cold and unappetizing. Staff is rude and gives absolutely ZERO regard to customer service. I’m sure upper management wouldn’t be pleased with how this operation is being run and the image it puts on Taco Bell as a whole.
