Caffe Nero - Lambeth

This restaurant is conveniently located near my home, and I have found it to be a great spot. Although I haven't spent much time here, I have stopped in for a take-away coffee a few times and have also sat in a couple times. The customer service is excellent and the coffee is delicious. It has a relaxed atmosphere and I highly recommend it.

Once again, Jeff delivered exceptional customer service. He was considerate, quick, and delightful. I highly recommend him.

My partner and I visited this Café Nero on a Friday afternoon and were served by Aourela Sohee. It was one of the best Café Nero locations we have been to. We were treated exceptionally well and had a wonderful overall experience. The atmosphere was charming and not as hectic as other Café Nero locations we frequent at train stations. We don't mind traveling a bit further to visit this particular location. Thank you to both Aourela and Sohee for the great service.

I met my daughter at Waterloo station and we wanted to go for a coffee. I have a thing about getting a decent sized coffee and whilst I am all for supporting an independent cafe over a chain, I keep feeling ripped off by being presented with a tiny coffee in a glass. So, Caffe Nero it was. It was quite busy, but we got a seat and sat in there for quite a while, as did several other people round us. The coffee was as you would expect from this chain well made, a large proper mug and good and hot. I also returned the next day for lunch, before catching my train home. Again, it was busy but I got a seat. There were several people working on laptops and using the handy plugs to charge them. I had lunch this time, which was nice a cheese and mushroom toasty. One of the staff also refilled my water bottle for me, which was nice. They were friendly and helpful.
