VIEWS - Four Seasons Lanai - LANAI CITY

Food was terrible. Very limited menu. Service was mediocre but the restaurant was almost empty, so one would think the service would have been better, faster. Sent entree back because it was prepared incorrectly.

First off, I was expecting a huge bill being this was a Four Seasons. I was politely surprised at the cost for our meal, with a bottle of wine, cocktails and dessert. The rising star were the outstanding staff and excellent customer service. Everyone from the valet, pool staff, front desk, wait staff at the bar and restaurant and the poor hotel security guy who was sweating floods from walking his beat in the humidity were just AWESOME!! We were only there for dinner but will defiantly consider a longer stay after next years Axis season. Mahalo all!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous sunset views and service is warm and friendly. You’ll get an amuse bouche and warm bread with absolutely addictive miso butter to start. The venison was a touch overcooked for my taste but everything else delicious. Try the bean-to-dessert chocolate dessert! The pastry team actually makes their own bean-to-bar chocolate on site with cacao beans and from the Big Island and that is not something you see restaurant doing normally! Very impressive and absolutely delicious.

This was a tuff one, i came here on a hunt to lanai on the last day that we were on the island. We all wanted a nice steak dinner and we decided to eat here assuming it was going to be a great experience. Well let me tell you how much of a bad experience it was. It started out with the valet, apparently the valet closed and didn’t want to inform us that they not only closed, but did let tell us where our vehicle was to tip it off. So after a nice tip and an 1100$ dinner for 4 we had to walk around for an hr to find the vehicle. In addition to this, we had staff staring at as at the side of the table rushing us to finish our dinner. How unclassy can someone be at such a “nice place”. I could go on a bit more, but i think you can get the point. I won’t be going back and i wouldn’t reccomend that you do either. Shame on you Four seasons, what a bad ending to our trip.

The setting is spectacular. The service was outstanding, and the food was so excellent. Axis deer WOW, and fish excellent. We finished with happy death by chocolate. Hope tonreturn. It is a definite repeat.
