Starbucks - Lancaster County

I am honestly shocked that this Starbucks is still open… Without fail, you will be waiting for at minimum 15-20 minutes in their drive thru. Staff don’t greet you when you pull up to the window and are too busy socializing with one another to get drinks made efficiently. I’ve often had my drinks made incorrectly as well. I will not be coming here very often.

Usually love Starbucks and their great service. However this location must be severely understaffed or just inefficient. The wait time for drive thru is well over 20 to 35 min depending on the day. Makes me consider going to Dunkin...and I am not even a Dunkin fan.
