I've seen many hands take over this chippy over time. Today while in the area i decided to re visit old childhood memories and get my dinner. Although the trip to the chippy was fun, I must say the food and service was very underwhelming. Chips were under cooked and very pale, gravy was not great and the only thing I did enjoy was the sausage, which in some respect is not that hard to get wrong. Service felt cold and my complete order was handed over to me with out even been offered a bag. Overall, very underwhelming...

The fish was a good fillet, nice and thick,the chips were well cooked the only downfall was the fish was really greasy also the taste of the oil wasn't good, I think a oil change was due. Service: Take out Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3
