Never made it past the door I had reservations for dinner I get there they are charging $60 to get in that is poor communication with patrons considering I drove from Baltimore to get there. It is no longer the upscale establishment it started out being they don’t have to worry about me

First visit and Last visit too many stipulations on seating on band nights. Catfish Fingers was okay. Calamari was okay. whoever is responsible for scheduling needs to make the floor is fully staffed for a known busy night.

For my first time coming I felt that it was too many rules as far as happy hour ONLY being on one side. Dollar amount required to do this or that. I know my comment won't change a thing but I will be prepared if I do another function again

I reserved a table top next to the bar area. I was instructed to not only pay at the door, but place a deposit of $127 down that was supposed to go towards my $200 minimum purchase of food and drinks. Once I was seated, I was asked for a credit card!!! So, my girlfriend Staceya Anderson handed her card to our server, but the young lady never returned it!!! Not too mention, the bill totaled $180 and my $127 was not considered in the bill at all. Overall, the policy you have in place is a rip off! SOBE is getting over on multiple ways! This is terrible customer service and not reasonable at all. This type of so called policy is outrageous. I wouldn’t recommend making reservations to anyone. Dionne Jones
