Me and my friends went there to eat, while eating downloaded the app, signed up got free rewards(coupon and it was ready to go. So went to the service desk to order my item. Was standing there while the employees were laughing at the back and busy with their phones. Initially one young guy( new guy probably came to help, but he wasn’t sure how to redeem my coupon. So he asked the lady right behind him( she probably was the manager to help. She told me i had to wait 24 hours before i could redeem my coupon. I told her my coupon says it is ready go and asked her if she could atleast try. She replied “i gurantee its not gonna work” and deleted my order. I asked her why did she delete my order?. She told me(very rude way , “because I KNOW ITS NOT GONNA WORK”. I came back to my table, then she kept staring at us, that made us very uncomfortable. I tried ordering my food online and redeemed my coupon online, and GUESS WHAT??
