Ray's Pizzeria Steaks - Lansdale

The pizza was just fine, nothing special, cheese steak was also fine, although many of them raved. The wings were much better than expected, make sure they order extra crispy. The lady at the reception, not on her name, but the one without the mask, she was absolutely brilliant and great customer service!!!

First order from here. Pizza was very good and the wings were much better than I expected. I usually never get wings from a pizza place, but I was in the mood for them. And they were really good. Order from here!

I have never experienced customer service from this facility until my last visit. I've set up a medium order. Gentleman read it back to me; 3 things were wrong. I went back over the Ordwr. And he said, okay? and he fixed it. I sent my brother to pick up the order. What he saw, they gave me mozzarellaries and NOT sticks. So he went back in. They told him they couldn't take the food back and he had to buy Mozzarella sticks. We also only ordered 2 pizzas. They gave us three and accused us for three. It ended with $140 if it costs $110. The woman in the register was rude and evil. I'm trying to understand, but when you start to blame me! Who read an order directly from my phone? And the mistake was on the one who changed him. You said to bring the pizza back and give it a refund?. I've probably wasted more of energy and gas than those costs for supplying this pizza. Who knows. Maybe they gave it to someone. Unbelievable.
