Kfc - Lansing

The experience was disappointing. It took a long time to find out that there were no cookies available. They offered some kind of hushpuppies, which we declined. They then asked if we wanted cornbread, which we accepted. However, when I got home, it was undercooked. Overall, it was not acceptable.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. I had a negative experience where I believe they spat in my food after I requested a weed sauce that they didn't have. I'll be reaching out to an attorney about this situation. Additionally, I noticed that they were smoking in the back near the drive-thru.

Please update your business time on google. I thought you were open until 10 o'clock and when I came to your business at 20:30 o'clock, you were already closed. I was cheated.

I love my manager calling her to the best manager rocky she is so a good manager for me thanks for the rental me means a lot and they make my day at work her so funny and I love her vibe and personality they also remember that and the best manager, I could work for her perfect at her job and impressed by how patients they are and thank that they are patient with me and understanding just know their day that they really do their work.

It is 7-1-22 at 1pm just left the kfc on mlk because of the very rude and unprofessional manager she didn’t want to give her name but I do not appreciate her attitude when I’m a regular customer there and I’m in customer service you don’t talk to people that way she might wanna find another job
