I'm here sitting in front of another well know Chinese restaurant, and was about to place an order, but after evaluating their review, I'm going to stick with what I know is good and consistent. Liang's is falling off. I had shrimp fried the shrimp were not devained, they were very small. They left lots of shells on the shrimps. I use to love this place. Egg rolls were the best thing about the meal. Waste of over $20.
