Maybe the lady thought that we were flying out, which was not the case. As I walked away I turned around and the lady was laughing at us, then when she saw me watching she went into shock mode. Customer Service is a priority, besides the food being soggy, the service left much to he desired. We will not be recommending this establishment to our foreign friends, acquaintances or business partners. Imagine how they would treat the locals.... Nice little place that's a short walk from where I stayed (Balay da Blas). Love the decor and ambiance. Staff is friendly. I had Burger Combo C. 1. Patties were on the small side. Consequently, the flavor of the hamburger, in it's primal sense (e.g., the patty), was easily overpowered by the superfluous use of condiments. That combined with the soft bun was a recipe for a soggy mess which made it difficult to consume. 2. Supposing this combo was designed for two, the fries portion seemed relatively small--even for one person. They were drizzled with some sort of sweet white sauce, which I found a bit of an off-putting surprise given the traditional taste in fries is savory.
