We found this proposal on the Happy Cow app and were so glad that we chose it. Firefly has a separate menu with vegetarian options, but specifies which elements can be made vegan. We had the paella, patatas bravas (spicy), and “crab”cakes. all that were delicious. We visited a Friday and it was packed. We waited about 30 minutes, but the service was pretty decent, except when we waited for our check. The server was very good to ask us about the food restrictions. If you need to dance out of the food and look for a fun night after dinner, I would suggest to stay because they have a dance floor in the front that plays Spanish music (usually Salsa). * Caution: Some of the drinks have protein it will tell you, but make sure you read the descriptions thoroughly*
We really enjoyed the food here, everything was delicious. We just have a table. It's a living place, but informal. The fish cakes (minus of fish! were divine, like anything else we ate here. You have really thought about how to make the experience for vegans with well thought out and delicious options. Would definitely recommend.
Being vegan in Vegas can be difficult in view of the all-hour environment, most vegan places close to 11 am. Fortunately we found Firefly, we had a fantastic drink there, followed by some fantastic frits, and then a very tasty and good-done paella that hit the spot. An intimate setting, nice staff, was not very busy and too late opened. Will eat here again when I'm in the next city. Would give this place 5 stars if everything was vegan / vegetarian.
Great vegan options, including aiolis and cashew cheese. Good sangria, too! : just ask for the vegan menu.
