Contribuisci feedbackI visited this location today, April 15th, possibly for the last time. I ordered two burritos, a chicken avocado burrito and a chipotle chicken avocado burrito. The cashier messed up and put in a classic chicken burrito instead of the chipotle burrito, so that 's what I received. This is an understandable mistake, but I have visited several times recently and this location has been having problems with order accuracy. Upon trying to address this issue with the manager, Lily, she simply blamed it on new staff and acted inconvenienced about having to fix my order. News flash Lily: new hires are your problem, not mine, and not taking accountability for their mistakes makes you a bad manager. When I also pointed out that she had a bad attitude, she simply said I don 't know what to tell you and went on about her day. Whoever owns this place needs to give their staff a wake up call. They 're going to lose a lot of business if this sort of customer service continues. I have submitted a formal complaint through the El Pollo Loco website and have also sent a hard copy letter to the board of directors in California.
I placed a delivery order tonight and when I got my food it didn't come with the burrito that I ordered. Waste of money.
I didn't know they had taco salads! It was great and definitely filling!The service though... the gal looked/acted like we were bothering her. The atmosphere was ok for va fast food joint.
