Contribuisci feedbackNever had a bad experience with Arby's until last night. First, the drive thru person wasn't listening. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap combo with a diet coke. I get to the window, I was charged for just the wrap. So I said it again. Watched her pourme a coke zero instead of the diet. Got home, didn't finish the wrap because the lettuce was dark and brown. Thought I was safeuntil this morning, when I vomited and found more of said bad lettuce. I love Arby's, but for starting pay of $10, you need tohire better people or train them better. Thanks for the food poisoning.
We went there to grab a quick bite. No one answered the drive thru speaker. We had to get their attention. All that was said was welcome to Arby 's , we gave our order and silence. Like two minutes later someone, a different person, came on and gave samelame excuse. When we started our order, we told there was no brisket. So I started my order, and the person was very snippy Ijust said there 's no roast beef , so we drove off.
Worst service! Drive through was closed at 4:45pm. Went into location and there were 3 employees understandably they were understaffed. I placed my order and waited patiently for 15 minutes. The shift supervisor called my name and stated they wereout of fish. Keep in mind the customer after me placing my order received their fish order. The shift supervisor wasn?t friendlyand only offered me a refund. I won?t be visiting this location anytime in the near future.
Poor service and the girl and there's gotten attitude stand there for 10 minutes and she still doesn't help me with nobody else in this in there it's 5:25 on a Thursday so I asked her if she can help me and she said she had to wait and she had to takecare of outside customers or whatever that's just pulling upI said I'll take my business somewhere else.
Terrible, behaved workers. we arrived at 1030 a.m., they don't close until midnight. at the drive thru, we waited a few minutes before we were greeted, and that was after we said “Hello?”, a few more minutes pause before we were recognized. we put our order to finish the silence after we said, “That’s all” another delay then someone else came to say that it’s sorry that they checked their meat supply? So we have rested our order (even if they said: “We have listened, we just have not got it”? they tell us that they were from the brisket, from the roast meat. you are doing selling beef, and they are out? an entire hour and a half before closing? my guess is that they left and didn't want to serve us, or the 3 cars behind us and who know how many others. arbys, they need to improve their game and much better in service, especially this place!
