We were there for Restaurant Week and everything was delicious, including special cocktails! When the check came, we were shocked! At least 3-5 times a week in the whole city this was a first for us. Palate calculated automatic satisfaction for 2 persons. Then they paid 4% for credit cards. You raised the tax on all this! This was so unexpected and not mentioned anywhere in their menus or paperwork. We asked the staff, they said this was their standard practice and standard in industry, not sure what industry they relate to, but never seen. Sadly, will not return to this restaurant as the impression that this was overloaded, it is bad and inappropriate to do this without notice, no other restaurant that we have accused in this way.
Went during the restaurant week and it was great. The sesection was excellent and very tasty. You have a good menu normally and great service. You can park in the garage. Just go down the alley and drag BUT you need to go to Art Houz to be legal. Had a good movie playing at the theater.
The tent for restaurant weekly place was empty one hour after our arrival, three more tables were made. Eating was decent desert was disappointing. Bread pudding tasted like dough, cheesecake needed more taste. Had the steak and it has too much fat! Onion soup was very delicious. You add a service fee if you pay by credit card! If the fee has been placed in the food prices, I find it insulting to pay a service fee for using a credit card. Maybe you can try it again for Happy Hour.
I like this place one thing they do is value customer service to a T!! Great employees they have here .
Went before and event, the shrimp cakes had terrible flavor and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. blue cheese burger was lacking excitement. Could barely see the shrimp in the shrimp tacos.
