Cafe' Zupas - Las Vegas

I came here with two kids. We checked the kline menu first to ve prepared. However, ordering in the line was chaos. We were just standing there at one point and nobody was talking. We asked if we should move down, they said yes then rang up the wrong order, which was 2 people behind us, so we swapped spots, and again wrong order. They then threw together the right order while we waited there awkwardly. When paying, we handed then a fundraiser paper and she look at it, so okay, didn't take it, didn't explain that it was entered, just stated our total again...which, for sandwiches and soup was not worth the price. We dined in, and drank some of the Raspberry citrus drink, which was probably the best part of the entire experience, and then cleared out own dishes and left without any wors from staff. I wouldn't go back. I don't even know if the finsraiser we went for recieved the percentage because there was zero communication. Meh.

Service is back to normal after days of Covid. Highly recommend!

The classier, better version of Panera Bread. While some of the sandwiches are not to my taste and I dont see them having Bread Bowls, this location is top tier.

Love this place and the food is always great!! Absolutely LOVE the lemonade....not as sweet as you get at other places.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. Finally got the chance and it did not disappoint. Service was on point. The food was delicious. The prices are reasonable as well. Would highly recommend. Five stars all around.
