I think someone needs to have a word with the manager named Flo. We ordered a double classic California burger, but instead, she gave us the double jalapeño burger. When we pointed out the mistake, Flo threw a tantrum, insisting that we had ordered the jalapeño burger, which we hadn’t. She went back to the kitchen, venting and shouting. It felt like she was taking out her bad day on us.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on December 23, 2022. I ordered four combo meals but only received three, and then waited an additional ten minutes for the fourth. I also ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, and it came without any bacon. When I brought it up to the staff, they were really rude and only added bacon after I asked. Overall, the service and food were disappointing.

I didn't place my order correctly. The staff member who served me seemed unprofessional, as they were joking around with a colleague instead of paying attention. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. On a positive note, the food was decent. Rating: 1/5.

It's bad! I have no special sauce, swirl or pick up and add mayo! I must have talked to me! fries were cold and greasy! burger was cold, everything has tormented! will not be back! Food: 1/5
