Cheba Hut Toasted Subs - Las Vegas

Absolutely horrible experiences from this restaurant over the last few orders. They consistently build below average salads and do not include requested items. You need to be at the restaurant, in person, if you buy anything from them. You’ll have to check the order each time to make sure they include everything requested. After the 3rd time getting screwed over, I had to leave a bad review.

Customer service too inconsistent. Been a loyal customer for awhile and been giving chances I've spent probably hundreds here, when tou have a problem and want it fixed they won't fivw you credit ir fix the issues. I definitely think it's okay to give credit for an uneaten item that was made with quality that particular time and give the loyal customer credit and a new item of choice equal or lesser value. Instead a of trying to force tou to get the same item they didn't make right or good on the first place. Used to be 5 stars now 2

The atmosphere was lively and busy, and the bar is a nice feature to have in a sub shop. We were very unimpressed with the food quality. The chicken on all three of our sandwiches was sparce and enough to fit 2/3rd 's of our subs. The veggie portions were not much better. It took nearly 25 minutes for us to receive 3 sandwiches, and they were warm, definitely not hot. The 25-minute wait gave us plenty of time to wipe down and clean the table because it, and the chairs, were very dirty. When the food was delivered, it was quickly slid onto the table without so much as a simple greeting. We had asked for to-go containers upon ordering, but none were brought out. The server was running around so vigorously that we could not ask for the containers. The kitchen was so busy that I got tired of waiting after 3 minutes just for any sort of eye contact. For this place having such terrific reviews, we were very disappointed. I would trade the bar feature for good service and good food anytime.

Great service and great food. The AK-47 is my fave, and a must try. Cheba Hut also serves Kool-Aid (seriosuly though, haven't had that since I was a kid and it's awesome to find it at a restaurant). Love that this place also has a bar. Good Times makes the best drinks. Will definitely be back.

Amazing subs. Kid friendly, and kick back atmosphere. Definitely a spot to come back to. The only thing for me would be to update the drinks soda and juice station . Can't wait to try all their subs.Vegetarian options: Yes they do have vegetarian options and there yummy I've tried the magic mushroom and the power plant .
