Contribuisci feedbackMy 4th time at this place (7925 s rainbow blvd). this place needs a new gm (james)! the service is always an nightmare. there are never enough whan and waiting times are up to 1 hour. this location is managed for a simple 3pc drive by ordering due to the missing product and personal. the personal turnover is terrible under this gm. the place is always dirty, you can even eat there. the only customers in the inner are those who are annoyed for long waiting times. james doesn't care about complaining or feedback, I propose to contact your company to help with their contacts. james, that happens when you disregard constructive critique and correct management skills! corporate please find a solution for this location, have some would and proud of the brand and loyal customers. most reviews are RELEVANT....very low reviews!
Lady vorn has no customer service, not at all friendly or helpful. offered my drink 10 minutes after ordering, and eating took 25 minutes to receive. very bad experience. wont be here at all.0 stars deserved
They hadn't had the mixed dinner I wanted because of the time I got into business. the area behind the counter was not very clean. there were pieces of boiled chicken and boxing on the floor as if an evening meal fell and was never picked up. the kitchen area simply did not look very sanitary. I'm sorry, but the chicken seemed boiled too and didn't look like the golden brown that turns out the chicken of the church in the rule.
Always when I go, the same nice thing helps me with my order. I literally get only the big roasted okra. will go on. ps. I don't eat meat, so my order)food 5/5
Like most others say, just don't do it, picking up for Uber and took and hour, then ten mins for drinks and then no cup holder for the 4 drinks lol, no sense of urgency or care, workers on phone calls and restaurant is seriously repulsive with grime and grease. I don't like leaving reviews but this was necessary.
