Echo And Rig - Las Vegas

Both food and service were great . . . only complaint is the place is very warm, not to the point of being uncomfortable, but noticeably distracting. They had external fans running, but guessing it was 78F plus. Still solid choice for any occassion.

Really good food. Good service, but the dining room was hot. Go in shorts and sandals in the summer time ?

Perfection. Incredible steak perfectly cooked (ask to see the butcher block). Divine service.

Dont know what the situation was with air conditioning, but it was too warm in there. When one sweats while eating….never good
