Another fantastic recommendation from Guy Fieri! We started with the pork belly baos as appetizers, which were delicious. I ordered the grilled cheese pork rib sandwich with caramelized onions, and it was excellent. This hidden gem is located in the local Eureka Casino, just off the Strip.

We stopped here for a quick after arriving. We had heard of this place on Guy Fiery DDD. We tried the pork belly bao bun and the short rib grilled cheese and some loaded fries. Everything was very good, and Tammy Jo a great server.
