Good Pie - Las Vegas

The Sicilian Vegan Pie is excellent and quite satisfying. The menu features three other vegan pie options, along with Vegan Garlic Knots. However, there are no plant-based meats available as toppings, nor are there any plant-based desserts. This is an update from my previous review on July 4, 2021.

As a pizza enthusiast, I was eager to see what all the buzz about Good Pie was about. It turns out, all the praise is well-deserved. It’s hands down the best vegan pizza I've had in Las Vegas! The flavors were incredible, and the crust was fluffy and delicious. My only issue was that there wasn’t enough cheese; I recommend asking for extra when you order.

Overall, this is a top-notch, neighborhood-friendly pizzeria. I don’t often give five stars, but if my next visit is as good as this one, I might just have to change that! Now, to the pizza itself: it was fantastic. The sauce was a thin, chunky variety, and the pepperonis were the small, curled ones. The mushrooms were dark and sliced thinly. I really enjoyed the Detroit-style crust; it was just the right texture—not too chewy and almost perfect. For me, the pizza scores a 7.6, losing a bit for the sauce. However, the garlic knots truly stole the show! They were delightfully soft yet crispy, and tearing them apart to dip in the sauce was incredibly satisfying. The knots earn an excellent score of 8.6. As for the Caesar salad, it wasn’t a hit at our table, so I would skip it next time.

We took a break from the Las Vegas strip for the day and decided to grab a drink while exploring the art district. The drinks were reasonably priced, and our server was incredibly friendly. Since we had just come from brunch, we didn’t sample the pizza, but it looked fantastic. Overall service rating: 5/5.
