La Palapa - Las Vegas

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was disappointing, the shrimp were dreadful, and the waitstaff made fun of me because I couldn't eat them. I brought my concerns to the attention of the waitress, Belen, and she simply said the chiles were meant to be spicy. I didn't receive any apologies or even a glass of water. The rice and beans were old and inedible, which felt like a waste of food. To top it off, I was still charged for a meal that made me unwell. Instead of attending to the tables, the staff spent their time joking around and being unprofessional. I would not recommend dining here!

Very bad service, the food is very bad, apart from that the waitress had a very bad attitude and if you complain about the food they make fun of you, I will not go again and I hope that my review helps many people.

1st time here. The food is amazingly delicious. Good customer service. I would definitely come back.

Very good service, delicious food with very good seasoning

I love love love this place.I've been coming here.Since It open. Shrimp.And fish tacos are highly recommended the best in town, if I can say the best in the whole state I would.. The owner is so down-to-earth and very kind people.
