Napoli Pizza - Las Vegas

I ordered my linguini and white clam sauce and tiramisu at the counter and sat at table 9. After I ate some of my linguini, I asked for my tiramisu only to find that there was none available. So I paid for a desert that they didn't have, and I had settled for a slice of Costco cheesecake

Food is great if you're looking to spend since everything is pricey.

The Gluten-free pizza is fantastic. Wings are a classic Buffalo sauce, they are delicious. My family has eaten the traditional pizza for years. It's definitely a local pizza spot

In your marks. Set, go. This a Hawaiian pizza. I ordered some pizza last night, online to pick up. I was on a rush so I picked my pizza without checking it. Went home and opened it. It seems like there was a mix-up with my pizza toppings, combining pepperoni and pineapple, and to add to that, the fries were forgotten and even my receipt . Suppose to be half peperoni and half Hawaiian. I called the staff about the mistake and they said sorry bring the pizza and we make you a new one. The thing is I'm almost 3 miles away , have to drive and wait for my pizza. Without even offering me a glass of water. NO WAY JOSE, I decided not to go and eat my pizza without the fries. I hope by writing this review, Constructive feedback can help the restaurant improve its service. Thank you

I have always had great experiences here but today my wife and her coworkers had a horrible experience. The food was not how they expected when they ordered the same thing last time it was not like that it was the same exact order to. She has to go threw a lot to get her money back bad customer service
