This bartender is a real winner... It's noon. She has to door locked so it only opens if she buzzes you in, imo it's so she can have as few to zero patrons as possible becAuse she clearly believes she is above anyone who may enter a pub... I come several times a week. I always bring a bag of candy... She made me get rid of my cinnamon gummies bears, and when I asked her if she could throw them away for me she was appalled and gave a stink face which with her personality should be her normal face so everyone knows Instantly the mutant she is... I've been here 30 mins, at the bar playing keno... And she still hasn't asked me if I wanted anything to drink... I told her I hope to God that I win so that I can stiff her on any sort of tip.... This lady is very ugly inside and out.

Machines suck and they charge you for drinks when you constantly lose money with them! I will never go back after dealing with the manager! You should really know your customers! To explain I have lost $40 to $60 everyday for a month won nothing!!! All loss kept going though cause people nice until manager today on Thursday!! Horrible Horrible manager for gaming! I dont go for free drinks want to win but with horrible machines and manager NEVER EVER be back! New manager needed ASAP!

Moved here in January. Been here a couple a times and always have had good bartenders. I play Keno and drop. 50 cent per play. Have lost much playing here and have won a few times. Very friendly and inviting. Today left me with one of my worst feelings being here. I was told my beer wasn't comped because I wasn't dropping a dollar a play so I will be charged. Never been anywhere where I was told this. She wasn't attentive to me whatsoever. It only takes one bad service to make me take my money elsewhere. I don't know what I did to this gal but apparently she didn't like me because she was attentive to everyone. May 10th 630pm. Will never walk into this establishment again.

Good service did not have to wait for food or drink service.
