Silverton Sundance Grill - Las Vegas

Wholesome food as I have visited and ate here three meals. My first visit the hostess was having a bad day and was rude. My server had a better personality, but my mushroom soup was excellent flavor. My caesar salad was so so unimaginative as some lettuce was soft and not crisp, but grilled chicken atop was good. My breakfast omelette was overcooked to be dry, and the fillings were unspectacular with only great fresh avocado on top saved anything. Hashbrowns great one sided cooking, almost raw potatoes on the downside. Whole wheat toasted dry was saved by the blackberry jam. Server was great and kept my hot water for black tea filled and refilled. Next up lunch corn chowder was disappointed but half a BLT was good. This server was excellent with refilling my iced tea.

I must admit, they do make the best pancakes. I've tried a few places and no one came close to Sundance when it comes to pancakes!!!

Very large respectable portions to price. It's a casino...so, atmosphere is what it is. We were meeting friends there, but not our choice. Our server was good... memorized the entire order for 8 people! But, getting extra things, like lemon for our water...I had to go up to the counter...so, we were not checked in on enough. Overall, a decent lunch.

Being a former restaurateur for 45 years I can’t help but analyze an eating establishment when dining. I very seldom ever complain just chalk it up to poor management and/or training. However, when I see a smooth running restaurant, I am compelled to speak out. My wife and I dine at the Sundance Grill on a regular basis and have seldom been disappointed. With that said, we have seen a significant improvement recently in the food and service. I have to attribute this positive change to the consistency of seeing a “working” Manager on the floor! I introduced myself to “Todd” last night and told him we appreciate his involvement on the line as well as in the dining room. You can tell the difference in the staff when they are working with and basically for their Manager. I doubt if it’s a coincidence that the food and service has improved immensely. I would also like to give a shout out to our server, Lucio! What a great personality! You can tell he enjoys what he does and makes the dining experience pleasant for “his” guests! Thank you and kudos to Sundance Grill for making our dining experience so enjoyable! Gary Chamberlin

This review is for Nita who works in the front there seating customers as well as people who are paying their bills. She was getting swamped with people from both ends and still had AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She is an asset to the Silverton Family!
